i recently stayed for 5 nights and was pleasantly surprised compared to my last visit in vienna. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore. the rooms were clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations for a great city getaway.

the air conditioning didn’t work well.

I had a great stay, especially enjoyed the free coffee machine that was accessible 24/7 and the delicious breakfast with fresh croissants. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. just what I needed.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor that made it feel inviting. The bed was comfy, which was great for resting after a long day out. I liked that it was close to public transport, which made getting around easy. However, there wasn't a fridge, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, leaving the room a bit warm at times.

The charming lobby reminded me of a quaint café, and its elegant décor made me feel so comfortable. The easy access to public transport just outside the hotel doors was a blessing for exploring Vienna.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

i recently stayed in a double room ensuite and it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in vienna. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport making my visits to the main attractions a breeze.

Everything was exceptional.

Had an awesome group vacation! We took a guided tour of Schönbrunn Palace and snapped a fun selfie through the Gloriette archway. The location was perfect—only 2 metro stops from the Vienna State Opera and 4 stops from the Palace. Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a great stay.

One downside was the lack of AC. it got pretty hot, and only a small fan was available. This made it tough to sleep comfortably during the summer.

Clean, spacious, quiet stay!

The cozy courtyard was a delightful surprise, perfect for sipping coffee in the sun. However, the air conditioning struggled, making the heat less manageable during my stay.

The outdoor communal space offers a nice area to wind down, albeit a bit lively in the evenings. The location sits conveniently close to two subway lines, making navigation around the city effortless and quick.

During my stay, the absence of air conditioning was tough, particularly during a heat wave. The lack of functional bathroom vents led to excess humidity, making the rooms uncomfortably warm. With the windows open for ventilation facing the inner courtyard, noise from fellow guests lingered late into the night. Moreover, the provided tea and coffee stocked in the room weren't replenished, which seemed odd for a place of this rating. Guests should consider bringing their own toiletries as the shampoo is quite thin, and tissue supplies were inconsistent between our two booked rooms.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a mini fridge, TV, and a safe, contributing to a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a five-minute walk to the metro, facilitating easy access to the city’s attractions. The breakfast was good value at €9, offering a range of options from hot foods to pastries and fruit.

The location stood out with easy access to the metro and local eateries. I appreciated the friendly reception staff, who made check-in smooth and even accommodated my late arrival. The air conditioning worked well, although it was a bit noisy. Unfortunately, I noticed a few drawbacks. The bed was uncomfortable since it consisted of two smaller divans that didn’t properly support the larger mattress, resulting in a noticeable gap. Housekeeping was inconsistent. during my 7-night stay, they only attended twice. I had to ask for more toilet paper, which should have been replenished automatically. There was no fridge in the room despite expectations from the listing, and I couldn’t get extra tea and coffee since supplies weren't replenished. The shower struggled with temperature control and water pressure, which was a bit frustrating after a long day walking around.

A Unique Stay with Great Amenities!

During our two-night stay, we loved the quirky decor and comfortable twin room. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh options. We appreciated the convenient, late luggage storage for a small fee. Pro tip, Book breakfast in advance to enjoy a wider selection!

We stayed here with 20 family members and appreciated the good location, just two metro stops from the stunning State Opera. The room was nice and clean, spacious enough for our large group, and we loved exploring Schönbrunn Palace with plenty of great photo opportunities.

For dads, it would be great to have air conditioning that works properly, as it affected our comfort during the stay.
